I did not see a post started today so hopefully I didn't make a mistake?:) This morning I did Afterburn 55 min, 404 calories. My HR monitor worked fine throughout. Avg Hr was 130 and max was 159. I did better with this the second time trough. I still have not done any premixes from it. I then did Slide and Glide muscle conditioning minus the w/up and str(basically the floor work) 21 min, 100 calories. I followed with the Low Impact Series Total Body Tr chest, shoulders, and triceps no w/up or str, 21 min, 129 calories. I followed with Chalean Extreme Core Circuit 13 min, 55 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar segment. 11 min, 53 calories. 2 hr3 min and calories burned 741.
