My Dad has not arrived yet. I got up early and did Urban Rebounding Extreme Keli Roberts PolyPerformance Metabolic Plyometric Metabolic Circuits 51 min, 287 calories Max HR 162. I then put in the other Keli URX workout, Maximum Metabolic Intervals(not as intense but a good workout anyway) I skipped the w/u and some of the stretch because DH called. 43 min, 321 calories Max Hr 158. Total time was 84 min and calories was 708.
