I didn't see a check in. I hope I didn't miss it.

I started my workout with Amy's Hi/Lo Dome w/up and combo 1/inteerval 1 to warm up. Then I started STS Endurance disc 7 but after I got 12 minutes into it my elbow was really hurting doing the bicep curls on the stability ball. I quit and did legs disc 9. Then I did Hi/Lo Dome combo/intervalpound2 and c/d stretch. I did use the foam roller some too. Total calories burned was 777.
