This morning I did Keli Coffey's Your best Body cardio and leg premix and added on the core which was all standing and planks, 49 min, 337 calories. I then did Les Mills Pump Combat 44 min, 362 calories. I finished off with Jackie warners Crunchless Avs standing 16 min, 124 calories. Total time was 1 hr 49 min and calories burned was 823. I am off to spend time with two of my grandchildren today:D When they get here I have to hit the store to get some chicken that is lower sodium. I was in Target yestreday but could not bring myself to purchase frozen chicken with tons of chicken broth and salt in them. I hope everyone has a nice weekend.
