Hardcore Check in December 15

Just a quick check in I need to get showered and to the airport :D This morning I did Jari's Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore. I lowered the step to 6 inch which was better. I got a better calorie burn and made it following the more advanced moves:D Workout was 73 min and I burned 704 calories. HR was avg 144 and max 171.
 
Today was cardio and I chose Press Play skipping the last challenge. 4 challenges are enough for me. I didn't even feel like doing one challenge when I started. But after my body warmed up I ended up having an excellent workout.
