This morning I did not hear my alarm. It had been turned down all of the way since I was using the radio. I think I need to just use the buzzer or something. I did Jari Love Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore, 74 min, 661 calories, Max HR 170. Had to come back from taking the children to school to wash my hair but I did get it all in. I really had planned on doing Chalean Extreme Lean #3 and some cardio but this did not work well after what I did yesterday. Maybe tomorrow I will get out of bed

Roselyn, I have not done Low Impact Challenge in forever. Really, I have tended to avoid things that make me drag out the barbell. I really do need to add that back in. I just hate changing the weights.
