Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed Dec 28

This morning I did Chalean Extreme Lean Phase workout #1. I am doing 2 weeks of each because I was not sure I was ready for a long term rotation. Workout was 45 min, 234 calories. This is 12 reps with 3 rep breakdowns that are generally different than what you were doing in the 12 reps. but, still working the same body part. She has you doing upper and lower at the same time which I kind of like:) I know a lot of people have already done this series but this is my first time. I then did Sharon Twombly's Zero to Sixty premix zero to 40 heavy weights(5#) 41 min, 310 calories, max hr 146. Total time was 86 minutes and calories burned was 554.
