Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues Oct 11

First of all our St. Louis Cardinals rocked last night!! And coming home for games 3 and 4 and my husband has 2 tickets to each game, gonna be a fight around here.

This morning I did chest, shoulders and biceps, 20 minutes of cardio and some ab work.
 
Today was cardio and I did 2 minute intervals at different speeds and inclines. Took a 1 minute rest between each interval. Had fun and the time went fast. Should have done some ab work but didn't. I really need to get back at doing regular ab work.

Quick workout this morning. I did Urban Rebounding Extreme with Gay Gasper Cardio Metabolic Intervals 53 min, 407 calories Max HR 167.
I had to hunt for my sand weights. Olivia hid them inside my stack of risers and topper. She even hid all of the lighter weights. This took me 20 min.. I was going to give up and do a step workout when I found them.


Roselyn, that could be a problem. Maybe everyone will have to draw straws for those tickets :D
