Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues Dec 27

Today was cardio and I chose the original Cardio Coach #2. Not a great workout, Sean is all over the place with his time on this one, but I had a good workout nonetheless. Glad I did it, I was going to skip it but figured with all the food I've been eating lately, I better do something.

This morning I did Intensity w/ u and step,30 min, 247 calories max HR 161. I then did Low Impact Challenge double lower body blast skipping the w/u 48 min, 430 cal, max HR 156. I finished off with Tony"s One on One Ab Ripper 2 extended skipping the w/u and fast forwarding through the writing and chatter. 35 min, 177 cal. Total time was 1 HR 53 min, calories burned 852.
