Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs Sept 22

This morning I did not have much time. I did Tracey Staehle's Bootcamp strength workout #3, 42 min, 321 calories. I followed this with Rapid Fire Kick Box #1 13 min 117 calories. Total time 55 min and calories burned 438.
 
Diane Sue - If you happen to go on Char's FB, can you just tell her to check her email? I don't have FB and never go on there. I'd appreciate it.

Knot feels bruised today, so that means it's going away. Not much pain today, thank God. Still haven't figured out what I'm going to do. If it keeps up, I'll have to go see my doctor I suppose.
 
Debbie, glad to hear the knot feels better. I sent a message to Char through facebook. So maybe you will hear from her.
