Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs Oct 6

Legs, legs today I did STS disc 20 with pretty heavy weight and then legs and glutes ankle weight portion, abs from KPC.

Way to go to our St. Louis Cardinals!!
 
Today I did STS Disc 6, Legs. I won't be working out tomorrow because I have some stuff I need to get done. I am skipping one cardio workout this week, but if I have it in me, I'll do one on Saturday.

Had a great workout, I'll be lucky if I can walk tomorrow!
 
This morning I did Chalene Extreme lower body extreme zone 41 min, 242 cal. I then did Tracey's Bootcamp MC 3 no w/u 30 min, 265 cal. I followed with Chalene Extreme core circuit on the ball 12 min 52 cal. When I came back from the school drop off I did Chalene Extreme dynamic flow yoga w/ 1# gloves 39 min 153 calories. Total time 2 HR 2 min calories burned 712. Still no internet here. Which means no phone & no cable. This is annoying. At t is taking a long time to upgrade.
