Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sun Sept 25

I did a new dvd today, Paul Katami Burn and Build, really enjoyed it, he uses kettlebells or a dumbbell. Good solid workout and a great core bonus. He does work core during the workout.

Today I did Low Impact Circuit, which I've not done in a while. Yesterday I went to a new yoga class they've started at the studio I go to; it's called Ashtanga Prep. I think I'll keep going to it, although I'm not yet sure how much I like the idea of a yoga practice that never changes, since ashtanga follows a set series. It's challenging though; there were several things I had to modify.
