Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sun Jan 9

I believe this is Monday January 9 ;) I did had a rest day yesterday. Totally had a lot of tummy issues. Lots of resting for me. Lots to catch up on today.

This morning I did Chalean Extreme lean phase#2 40 min 246 calories. I then did Kelly Coffey 30 min to fitness step boxing premix workout#1 with dumbbell drills. This alternated 3 cardio segments with the first 3 weight segments. I went heavier and raised my step to 8 inches. This added a little more lower body weights for me. This was 41 min and 401 calories. Avg HR 144 Max HR 166. I finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow mandal namaskar segment 11 min, 60 calories, Total workout time 92 min and calories burned 707.

Roselyn, nice job getting in Low Max. I should pull that one out again. I know it is a good one.
