I slept in this morning. Supposed to go get Lexie & Laura to go shopping and lunch. I did Chalean lower body extreme zone 40 min, 201 calories. I followed with Tracey's Bootcamp Metabolic Conditioning #3, 36 min, 302 calories, avg hr 141, Max hr 168. Total time was 76 min and calories burned 503. I love those Bootcamp workouts for getting a lot in quickly
Roselyn, I have not heard why Cedie wasn't in them. I did notice. I think I heard she was just busy with other obligations or something but I am not sure. I bet if you do a search somewhere you could find out.
