This morning I did Tracey's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning workout #2 42 min, 381 cal, avg hr 137 max hr 164. I used a 31# kettlebell, 15# med ball and TRX. This was a little longer because I got a call right after I started so I went back and started over. I then did Chalean Extreme Burn phase workout 3, 34 min, 246 calories. I finished with Chalean Extreme Core Circuit with the stability ball and 2# gloves 12 min, 55 cal. Total time was 88 min and calories burned 682.
