Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat Nov 19

This morning I did Cathe cardio super set, 42 min, 355 calories,137-165 hr. I then did Chalean Extreme Burn Intervals doing some other stuff instead of shoulders,42 min, 358 calories,hr 135-164.Total time was 84 min,cal burned was 713. My keyboard quit despite the new batteries so am using the touchscreen keyboard.This
is torture.
