Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for SAT Dec 3

This morning I had nothing going on so got in a great workout. I started with Chalean Extreme Push phase workout #2 35 min, 166 calories. This was shoulders and legs. I then did Amy Bento Ross Kickbox Surge 73 minutes 632 calories. HR Avg 136 and max 157. I finished with CHalean Extreme Recharge 20 min 91 calories. Total time was 2 hr 8 min, calories burned 889.
