Well, first of all back to work, yuck!! Even though i only work part time, yuck, after all the holiday fun.
Today I did Mike Dovanavik Extreme Burn, ready for breakfast and work, I guess ![]()

I never got a chance to get here yesterday. I had lots of catching up to do and dinner at my dd's house. Workout yesterday was Chalean Extreme Lean Phase workout #2, 40, 227 calories. I then did Rapid FIre Results All Fired up premix which is all 4 drills and the entire metabolic weight workout, 379 calories, Max HR 158. I finished with Chalean Extreme COre Circuit 11 min, 49 calories. Total time was 96 min and calories burned 654.
Today I woke late and had to take children to school so I only got in Step Moves 44 min, 320 calories and Chalean Extreme Ab Burner 11 min, 41 calories. Total time was 55 min and calories was 361. |
