Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. Sept 23

This morning I did not have much time or energy so I just did Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to fitness muscle definition workout #1 41 min, 230 calories. I may do something later but not sure. I might go outside and do some dirt leveling around out new strom shelter.
 
Today was a pilates fusion class, which is a great workout, especially for the core. They just changed the schedule up at the studio I go to, which they do every six months. I'm not totally pleased by it, although I guess one can't expect every thing to fall into place all the time! They are starting a new class, though, and I'm gonna try it out tomorrow. It's "Ashtanga Prep". Sounds good...I wish it weren't at 730, but I'll try to make it anyway. =)
