I posted my workout late yesterday so not sure if anyone saw it. I was pretty busy most of the day. Today I did URX-MT Greg Cook High Intensity Metabolic Circuit w/ resistance tubing 50 min, 384 calories. I then did Rapid Fire Results premix metabolic weights 34 min 235 calories. Total time was 84 min and calories burned 619.
I had some Schwan's Chicken Tortilla soup post workout. I wish it didn't have so much sodium in it. Otherwise it would be great. Stopped and talked to dh before eating. I have errands to get out and run. I would like to go by Academy Sports but will see how it goes. Tomorrow I plan on fitting in the other TRX Force workout which is more upper focused back, chest, and shoulders with some tough core work.
