Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri.Nov 16

This morning I did URX- MT Patrick Goudeau Core Metabolic Intervals.I really pushed to the max since this is all I was doing. Workout was 51 min, 546 calories, 154 avg 174 max HR. I did some Trx stretching after. We are headed out of town. My niece from Ne to visit Mon.
