Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri Dec 2, 2011

This morning I did Urban Rebounding Extreme Amy Bento Bootcamp Metabolic Intervals 51 min, 487 min, avg hr 142, max hr 167. I used 2# sand weights for most. 3 # for the abs at the end.
I then did Rapid Fire standing & floor abs and stretch 23 min, 153 calories using a 10# med ball. I finished with Cathe's Yoga relax stopping after the seated butterfly. 33 min, 120 calories. I like how good the moves were for my shoulders in the start of this. Total time was 1 hr 47 min.. Tomorrow I will try to get in Chalean Extreme Push phase workout 2 which has lower and lots of shoulders in it. I may have to modify those shoulders.
No children here today again. They have been extremely sick with a gi virus. I do hope they all get better soon. I was sick to the stomach for 3 days but nothing like the vomitting and illness they are having. I hope that was it for me.
