This morning I did Bob Harper Kettlebell sculpted body 48 min, 331 calories, hr 120 avg-149 max. I then did the Kelly favorite mix from 30 minutes to fitness step box, 51 min, 387 calories, hr avg 127 max 149. I liked this Kelly mix of step, Kickbox and weight drills Total time was 99 min and calories burned was 718. I am liking the program that I put on my ipad for a fitness journal. It has plenty of space to write down weights, reps, and sets. I can chart cardio. I am making templates for Chalean's weight workouts and naming and saving them.
