This morning, I did P90x Stretch and Ab ripper. I tell you…….stretching felted soooooo dam good, after yesterday leg workout I could barely walk this morning and trying to come down my stairs was crazy. Now, I feel so much limber, truly an awesome decision.

Ab ripper, hm.... one tough ab w/o its’ going to take some time to do this workout. Have a great day all. I’m planning to work out side today.

No workout so far today. I was contemplating doing some yoga. My neck and head along with delt and mid shoulder area was really painful the last two days so I am leaving them alone for a bit.

Teddy, that is a really good stretch. I love all of the P90X Ab workouts. I think the first is the best though. I think the new series will be really good. The P90X+ has so much alternating from hanging work to weighted work to yoga and non weight work. It kind of bothers me going to floor to hanging stuff. Enjoy working outside. It has been really windy here today.
