Good morning haters!
Snow is in our forecast so I'm home w/the kids. It is going to be a LONG day. They are already fired up and have the dog barking. It is a madhouse!!! We were supposed to have Feb 18 as a holiday but then we had to go to work, so I am using my floating holiday for today. It looks like it has stopped snowing for now, at least. We could get up to 7 inches.
Robin - I hope that you don't have to leave the house today. How was your dinner last night? What kind of pie was that? Like I mentioned before, I gave up all sweets for lent. I will be cooking Easter dinner and I already know what kind of pie I am making. LOL Last summer when I picke cherries, I made & canned cherry pie filling, so I"ll be making a cherry crumb pie. Mmm, my favorite. What LB workout are you going to try?
Jennifer - I bet your parents are not ready to come home to the cold weather after being spoiled in Florida. Get some rest this weekend and I hope you feel better.
Jen - so what did Chad bring for dinner last night? We ordered a pizza and it was disgusting. It was a buffalo chicken pizza - we all like hot wings so I thought it sounded good. Nope, it was very greasy, yucky, not to mention it was almost $20!!!! What a waste! At least I know not to EVER order that again.
Michele - I see from your smilies that you consumed an awful lot of coffee yesterday??? I think that will be me today. LOL So what do you have planned for today? How was your visit with your niece?
August - so have you ordered your slow cooker? They even make smaller sized ones here in the states. What's up with Stan and the rest of the little tweeters?
Last night's workout was Pure Strength Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. I did do shoulders on Tuesday night but oh well. I like working my shoulders. Now if you were asking about chest, I hate that. I was going to the the chest/shoulder/tricep premix on the 4DS but when I put it on, there wasn't a warm up. So next time I want to do it, I think I'll get on the eli for a bit to warm up. My plan for today is a 30-min interval workout on the elliptical and lower body and abs. Have any of you done the lower body portion of the 4DS yet? How is that? I previewed it but haven't done it. It will either be that one or the 23 min LB pre-mix from MM. Then I'll do some sort of abs. Like I said, that is the plan. Hopefully I"ll follow through.
No sort of weekend plans for me. Today I have quite a bit of laundry to do and cleaning. So if I get all that done today, I'll be free this weekend. But the weather doesn't sound too promising to be able to go anywhere.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that we FINALLY got DSL, no more dial up for us. I think we were one of the few on the planet that didn't have DSL in their area.
