Hey Girls! It's Friday!!!!! :D

Today's work out is High and Tight and some Pure Cardio.

I have some nice DOMS in my biceps this morning from Sculpt y'day. Makes me :).

I hijackaed an idea from our buddy Jen and created a rough draft of my next rotation. I'm thinking of a BBL/Shred combo. Jen mentioned it and it sounds like an awesome idea! I asked her to share her rotation once she creates one but in the meantime I had to take a stab at it. I took one of Leandro's BBL rotations and omitted one work out each week and put Shred in it's place. Not sure how it'll run in real life but it looks good on paper so we'll see! Can't wait to see what Jen comes up with!

HIGH AND TIGHT - CHECK

PURE CARDIO - CHECK

I actually had time to finish Pure Cardio! I did one round of the warm up exercises, no stretch and had time to do the entire rest of the work out! Wow, that hurt! :p
 
At work now, in body but that's it. I am DRAGGING. Soooo tired. Can't wait for the day to end and it's just begun! OY! :rolleyes:
