I have been trying to eat clean for about a year and have had a hard time with knowing if what I am eating is balanced and giving me proper nutrition. I want to lower my body fat, create muscle, and just look good. I would love any input about how to do things better. So here goes.....

Woke up and I made target's market pantry lower sugar apples and cinnamon oatmeal. I am then going to make some applesauce muffins and will probably have one of those.

I am planning on going for a long run and then doing some abb work as well as stretching. Hope fully all goes as planned.
 
I ran 2 miles and did my abs now I am going to stretch
For a snack I had a weight watchers cheese stick and watermelon
