I had a really hard time waking up this morning, so I was late working out,(of course I did the whole workout), late getting DS up, late getting out of the shower.....you get the idea!:+ Anyway, here are my stats:

Alternating Shoulder Presses: Round 1 & 2 - 8 reps, 20#,
In & Out Bicep Curls: Round 1&2- 16R, 15#,
Two-Arm Tricep Kickbacks - Round 1 - 10 reps 15#, R2 10 reps 17#
Deep Swimmer's Press - Rounds 1 - 8 Reps, 17# R2- 8 reps, 20#!!
Full Supination Concentration Curls - R1 - 8R, 20#, R2 - 8R, 22#!!}(
Chair Dips - R1 &R2 35 reps feet on chair, switching raiseing leg every 5
Upright Rows - Rounds 1 +round 2: 8 reps 20#
Static Arm Curls (16 reps), Rounds 1 - 15#, R2 - 17# (Hard!)
Flip-Grip Twist Tricep Kickbacks - Rounds 1 - 8R, 12# R2- 8reps, 15#
Two-Angle Shoulder Flys (also a 16 rep exercise)- Round 1&2 -12# Crouching Cohen Curls - Round 1, 8 @ 17#, round 2 - 8R, 17#
Lying Down Tricep Extensions: Round 1, 8 reps, 15# R2- 10 reps 15#
Bonus Round:
In and out straight arm shoulder press: round 1 16reps @ 10#, R2 16 reps @ 8# (I actually feel it better with 8#)
Congdon Curls - R1 5 reps @ 20# and finished last 3 with 15#, R2 6 reps @ 20# and finished with 3 reps at 15#
Side Tri Raises -R1: 26 each side, R2: 29 each side
ABX: hard as usual. I really have a hard time with the oblique v up things!!!
Gin~ Wow that was a nice gift from your class. We three teachers got $75.00 each. I also am saving mine for STS! Enjoy your vacation What workout did you do today?
