Hi All!!!

I know I didn't have to workout today according to Debbie's rotation but I decided to keep on schedule.

Here's what I did for my workout:

4DS Bootcamp Cardio only=34 min
Gym Style Shoulders,Back, and Biceps Timesaver Premix=36 min
Muscle Max- Core only Chapter and stretch=15.5 min

That was a great workout. I'm tired but good tired and relaxed.
