Hi Ladies... what a week! Ok, actually 2 weeks... full of fun overindulging, overeating, under-exercising... just loads of food, fun and not a workout in sight! Well, all that comes to a hault tomorrow... Today I am going back through my BFFM (Burn Fat/Feed Muscle) book that I started yesterday and coming up with a plan... I also (given my current medical issues) purchased 2 other books friday... Everything Low cholesterol, and Anti-Inflamitory Foods... Hopefully with those I can create a better eating plan that will send my fat burning into overdrive and tomorrows workout is DrillMax! I modified Cathe's January rotation a bit for what I have and loaded 3 weeks into the WM calendar and will do that until STS arrives
