Fit for C & H Saturday

Sorry Kariev: had a HUGE headache yesterday afternoon, came home from work early and took a nap... woke up and had a bit of dinner and then went to bed... for some reason this past week has been especially taxing and I just collapsed. Hope to get in a circuit or whole body workout today.
Have a wonderful day shopping! hope you find everything you need... Will be doing a bit of shopping myself, just not sure where or what... Need to start making cookies for our office cookie exchange on monday afternoon, so will at least be grocery shopping...
