Good morning girls,

Today is my last disc (36) for STS:) I did it:eek::p I made it all the way through, well not exactly! I still have to finish up with cardio tomorrow, than I am done with the 3 1/2 month STS/ Shock Cardio rotation! WOW!

Tonight DH and I will go to a barn dance here on base. That's always fun;) Catching up with a lot of old friends we haven't seen in months!

I will have more coffee, than off to disc 36!

I will catch up on personals with yesterdays thread and today's later!

I just did my last disc for STS 36 (Shoulder/Biceps & Triceps) I am every happy with my results from STS. I gotten very strong over the last 3 1/2 month. DH keeps saying my muscles are getting huge, in a good way;) and at the same time I am getting tiny.I am getting very nice compliments from a lot of people I haven't seen in a few weeks/month. DH was so impressed with how much weight I can lift the other day:p. I finsihed STS, yeah! I did it!:eek: I also did the extended stretch!

Warm up : 1 set 15 reps/ 2nd set 12 reps
Standing BB front presses/47.5#

Workout: 4 sets/8 reps
Standing BB front presses - 60#, 55#,55#, 55#
BB curls - 60#
Flat bench tricep extensions BB - 45#

Seated lateral raises - 18#
Incline curls on the bench - 23#
Seated overhead extensions on arm - 23#

Seated rear delts - 23#,23#, 20#, 20# (my back started to border me?)
Seated Concentraion curls - 28#
Cross body kickbacks - 23#

Need to get ready. Will walk the dogs (I don't know why I posted this every day, I always walk the dogs!) I will be back later!
 
Good Morning,

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday, just walked the dog and that was it! Today will be a circuit and a dog walk. Not sure what circuit yet, Cathe's advanced circuits always kick my butt:eek:

No workout for me yesterday...NOT EVEN MY WALK! Just sooo super busy with appointments, meetings and running errands.

Today I plan on a cardio run and abs from STS.

I am feeling my workout from the other day. :) All good.

sleepover for us tonight. for once the house is already mostly ready for company. ssshh kids dont yet, lol. they will be so excited. their cousins are coming over.
not sure yet which w/o. needs to be short. kinda annoying everytime i'm in the mood for boxing, its morning and dh needs sleep. why cant i be in the mood in afternoon or night?

heidi- at least keeping busy burns extra calories. and theres fitness to fit in your day like using stairs, parking further away.. hope you can find time to w/o today ease that stress.

most of this week felt all better except for the occassional cough. i try not to talk about the phlem so much, its gross. although, i dont care, part of being a mom or childcare person is being knee deep in diapers and boogers, prob not everyone wants to read about it w/ morning coffee.
the phlem is thick, but i hardly cough at all now. except when i ran yesterday, had to stop to spit alot. mouthwash helps. didnt have to take a real break till 20mins into the run. i thought i was going to tie my record! then 10 mins left so i finished so i could tell you galls about it :) so feeling much better 99% of the time, thanks for asking.

Hey girls

Today was a dog walk then body fusion with heavier weights and WOW was my arms and legs burning with this one. I know the workout is beginner/intermediate but throw in heavy weights and waalaaa, advanced workout (except all the repetitions in the step choreography:confused:) I then did some core work from C&W.

Everyone have a great workout today and Friday!!:)

Interval run on the schedule for today. Should have no excuse and will take the dog. Need to get in the weight work this weekend. That's in between the typical activities of a cross country meet and soccer games.

Belinda - CONGRATULATIONS! What a cause for celebration!

Kristina - enjoys the house full of kids. Hope you feel better.

Amelia - I totally agree! With heavier weights and an 8" step, BF is a killer circuit. I love that one!

Allee - Love that one also, though usually pretty worn out well before the last set.

Heidi - good luck squeezing in time for you!

Karen - hope you are surviving both work and school

Just in from work. Busy day and no run yet.
Have to run out for some errands which will take another couple hours of driving time and so forth. ARGH!

Sherry: Have a great time with your run!

Amelia: Great job getting in your workout today! With heavier weights too! We will be feeling it together....I am really sore now! Especially my shoulders!

Allee: How was your workout with LowMax? Did you finish all the sets?
I have to agree with Sherry on this one! I am totally wiped by the end! It is a lot of fun though! :)

Kristina: What did you end up doing for your workout? Have a great time with the kids sleeping over tonight! They should have a great time visiting. :)

A late post to say that I did get my run in (earlier, between getting the kids wherever, and with the dog, too). Felt really good, but when I calculated the distance it wasn't as far as I thought. Oh well, farther next time.

Heidi - hope some of the errands were kind of fun!
