Hi and good morning ladies,

I hope I got the date right today:eek:

My breathing was a little better last night, but still didn't get a good night sleep with DH's snoring:rolleyes: He really needs to see a doctor for this! My nose is still very stuffy. I feel so run down.


Today I will take a walk, hope it doesn't start raining! Plus I will work my shoulders with the tubing. I don't think I will need Cathe's travel workout anymore, I am getting really creative with the tubing/bands:p:eek: I am just kidding! My biceps and triceps are still sore from Tuesday! I am working them good!

I will be back to report my workout!

Belinda-im glad your breathing was better last night, great job with your tubing workouts!

today will be another CC on the treadmill. Ive decided to not do any weights this week until sunday or monday. Maybe that will give my back enough time to heal?

Good morning Amelia and all who follows today,

I am done with my shoulder wo/w the Cathe's red tubing!

This is what I did!

- front/side raises superset 4 sets 15 reps
(this were tough, I was breaking a sweat:eek:)
- Military press 4 sets 15 reps
- upright rows 4 sets 15 reps
- band pulls 4 sets 15 reps

After my walk, I will do band leg workout. I also have to work my abs:rolleyes: Let's see how much engery I have left after my walk?

I had a wonderful workout this morning. It was exceptionally good. It wasn't just because I wrapped up week 3 of meso 3 - it was because I worked out in my basement/gym!!!! My DH has got to be the best DH on the planet! Yesterday while I was at work instead of him coming home from work to sleep he completely finished my "step/cardio" area of the gym - complete with carpet and all!!!! It is sooo awesome. I just can't get over how great it looks! I will post pictures soon - but I want to wait until the other half is setup as well. I can't wait for the treadmill to be "unburied".

So excited!!!!

Great workout this morning! I hear ya on the DOMS!!! My workout the other day really got me good!
I did not workout yesterday because I really wanted to get as much done in the yard before it rained again. I managed to get most of the lawn mowed except the pool and front yard area. This was a workout in its self! ;)

Amelia: Glad your taking it easy on your back. Rest is best if it is pulled. ;) You'll be back at it in a few days.

DD surprised me yesterday and came home in the afternoon. I stayed up late....2AM!
Exhausted today! Not sure if I will get in a workout yet... have to head out to work now.
