Good morning girls,

We came home late last night! My friend had surgery yesterday, I am getting ready to visit her in the hospital.

Yesterday I saw 6 different doctors in Lanstuhl (Ramstein) They are still not done checking. I will tell you everyhing later!

Today I did Disc #14 - Legs. Gotta love those tri-sets...NOT!

My eating had been a little on the spotty side last week - so I'm trying to get back on track today. No Starbucks for me!
