Do I have to start over?

Hey everyone! I have a question. I have not been able to workout for two weeks. I was doing (or redoing) the Basic Step Workout Rotation and was on a roll too until two weeks ago. I have been ill for over a week, does this mean when I start I have to start all over again or can I pick up where I left off? (was on week 3)
