Still no workout yet. I wish I could send DH on his way for a couple of hours! I plan on doing a workout today, no matter what!

P90X+ Total Body Plus

I did this workout this morning and it kicked my butt! I can't believe how much I was sweating. Some moves really get the heart rate up too. There isn't any time for down time. You get a lot done in a short amount of time.

Here is the beakdown:

Another great workout. You go pretty quickly from move to move so you get a lot done in just 40-45 minutes.

Marcy~ I hope you get your workout in! I didn't workout yet today either, I'm hoping to later after lunch. Thanks for the reviews:) It looks like you get alot done in a short time- which is great! When you get the new dvds, does it tell you how to integrate them with the X or are they stand alone?

Gin~ I hope you are having fun in Houston? When do you go back to school? we go back on Wed.

Are you guys doing anything exciting for New Years? We are getting a pizza and a movie and letting the kids stay up till 10pm!!Whoo hoo!:)

Good Afternoon DMT!


Today I ran 3 miles with my ds. That was fun since it doesn't happen very often! Of course he was a gentleman and slowed down for his old mom! Then I came back to do LIC abs. I did BB's yoga Level 2 yesterday aft.

Marcy--Hope you are able to get your workout in.

Deanie--I go back on Monday the 7th. Can I join you for New Years? Sounds good to me. I am not much of a party-girl! I fly back home on New Years Eve aft. and I'm sure we will just stay home and keep it simple.

Having a good time with my nephews. One is at a baseball lesson and 13 year old just woke up!! At 11:30!!
