Well no, actually actually it's not. I lied! I took that 90 minute nap last night after dinner and then ended up not closing my eyes again until almost 11 and getting up at 4:15 like I usually do. Um yeah, I'm tired!
Today's work out will be GS Triceps and hopefully some kind of cardio. I think I was planning on some of Imax 2 yesterday before I had to skip it so maybe I'll stick with that plan. I'll see...
