Good Morning!:)

I am working day shifts the next 2 days so I am up early to get my workout in before work. Yesterdays plan didn't workout to well:confused: I got up early to work but DD decided to yell out to me from the top of the steps, which is right next to DS's room:(...so he woke up before I got to workout:( So I had to do GS C,T&S with him in the room but he was pretty low key in the morning. After lunch I went for a 45 mins run outside.

I will bbl with personals. I need to get this workout started!

Hey Gals,

I am settling into work and just want to report my workout.
I ended up doing GS B&B going heavy and a 3 mile run. I pretty much have DOMS in my whole UB right now. My back was already sore...not sure why and I think my bic's were already sore from carrying a 30 lbs baby around for the last couple of days:p

Im going to see if I can't read yesterdays thread and catch up!
