Today I did X10 - first three segments + cool down. I could not go on!!!!!

I have a wedding to go to today.

It is a beautiful day for a wedding, a last chance to wear something light and pretty before we have to wear all our woollies!

Today was PH, but I subbed HR. My arms are shaky and I have to paint this morning!!!! Could be interesting...

Hi Ladies I got a 21 min workout in and finished off with 6 pull ups and 5 chin ups. Feeling mentally burnt, but physically strong.

The wedding was lovely. The bride was beautiful. A very happy couple got married yesterday.

And I worked out today. I did STS Meso 3 - chest/back.
