Hi all,

Getting us started today..

Today was CLX Burn Circuit 1 and TF Core 20.

Cathe Hiit tomorrow...
 
WOW, unless I missed a 2nd post for today it is late for me to be posting 2nd.

I did half of my new taebo workout (25 min.) today for my cardio. It is a tough workout since he has no downtime in the workout. You are constantly moving. Plus with all the steps I am climbing daily at work, my legs really feel it by the time I get home. The added workout isn't helping them at all.
