Hi ladies,

Happy Wednesday! Today was P90X yoga, I only had time for the first hour, but that was enough. It is an "okay" yoga workout, Tony seems more impressed with doing a push up before downward dog than really stressing the correct postures, but it was doable.

BM 2 tomorrow, looking for a sub for that one..
 
Hi gals,

I did the warm up, punches and kicks off of Powerstrikes then did a Taebo Express workout.

Knee still isn't happy and the gloomy rainy day probably isn't helping.

Dh left to go to the airport to fly to Florida to get middle son from college. They will return tomorrow.

almost forgot to check in. Today I did the first segment from Lean Legs & Abs - love that segment - so cardio based.

Then, I added H/C February 101. I did the whole thing again. I just ordered another three.

Annette - so sorry about your knee. That is bummer!
Conni - I have no suggestions for you - I guess just something metabolic. what about Cardio supersets and add on the step segment. That's about 55 minutes total and involves weights. or - cardio + weights from the Imax 2 dvd.
