Today was TBT Lower Body Split and Ab circuits stability ball abs.

Conni - the step segment is my favourite part!

Today I did a mish mosh of LIS Slide and Glide cardio only premix + 10 minute Brooke Benton KB cardio segment from Cardio Fusion + a 10 minute Exhale Core Fusion ab segment from Cardio Intensity DVD.

I forgot to mention - the cruise line is Viking. They are going from Amsterdam to Budapest, staying in Budapest an extra three days - which is not to be. Boat still behind, one person had a heart attack, some left the trip, another rushed to hospital. It's a small river cruise and all are unhappy with the outcome. They are being bussed for hours to chase ahead to destinations promised (cos boat behind schedule). They get one hour at the destination (after being on bus for two + hours) then shuttled back to the boat again. Most days spent on buses!!! Two women fell off the bus. The trip is mainly retired folk who would not sign up for bus tours as too tiring. My MIL is 80!

Anyway........... that's the update. they are unhappy but making the best of it all.

That does not sound fun for anybody Ceci. I hope they all return safety.

I did Just Walk 1 mile walk then did a Taebo Express workout.

I was short on time this morning.
