October rotation for me, in a generic version. Today was circuit - I did C&W, which I haven't done in ages. I prefer this version of Cathe. Not a burpee in sight!
I did something to my knee so working out was very painful and I even cried out in pain at one point. I managed to do 22 min. of the 10PoundSlimdown kickboxing workout for a little bit of cardio. Wasn't much but it was all my knee could handle.
