I'm dragging this morning...had one of those charley-horse-leg-cramp things last night :confused: good glory those things hurt!

Today is cardio for me, I'll probably do one of my cardio coaches.

Today I did STS Plyo Legs - not a tough workout but moves quickly, lotsa options and a good sweat.

Tammy - I have never tried cardio coach but have always been curious. hmmm.

Good Wednesday morning everyone!! Its another gorgeous day here. I got a morning workout in!!! Today was Turbo Sculpt using 8 lbs weights. It was a good workout.

Tammy/Siobhan thank you for the encouragement. I dont know what it is the last month or two now...Too busy, and not having the time to workout like I used to.

Hi Ladies,

Sorry so late, DH had a dr. appt. this morning and then I hit the ground running at work.

Today was leg day - I did Butts and Gutts, all the way through.

Step tomorrow - maybe a Seasun??? Or KCM???
