Good morning all. LM for me today. I'm looking forward to some cardio. It's beenall about strenghth lately.

Tammy, are you more awake this morning?

Becky, I cringe just thinking about a DB landing on me! I'm sure I would've cried. Is it terribly bruised?

Deanie. IM2 mania sounds like fun. I've neer done that one.

Conni, I have amy's ASC2, but I haven't mastered it yet.

Annette, We had our T-storms last night - my dog was cowering! I hope it cools enough for you to WO today.

Tammy, I'm glad you got a good night's sleep. It sure makes all the difference, doesn't it ?
I've not been sleeping well the past 3 or 4 nights. Last night I got around 4 hours.:-( I need a sleepy-eyed smiley today!:eek:

Phyllis, yes, my ankle is black and purple today! Not a pretty sight!:p I was sitting on the floor cross-legged when it toppled over and landed right on the ankle bone. I just sat and watched my skin split (small cut) and the lump rise ! :( ugh
But other than when I accidently touch it or hit it, it's really not giving me much pain ! :7

Today is Butts & Guts.

Good morning,

Phyllis - Try ASC again, once you get it this is so fun!

Today was B & G, but I preferred GS Legs and Ab hits. I think GS Legs is probably my favorite Cathe leg workout. B & G is okay, but I just don't see the point of alot of that floor work ( donkey kicks, etc..).

I ended up subbing also for B&G and did the LEGBLAST premix off of it. O M G !!!:eek: }(

One word. OUCH!}(

I am already feeling it and hope I can walk tomorrow !

I recommend it if you are looking for a leg workout under an hour, with light-sometimes NO weight and still want to BURN , BURN, BURN!}(

Did I mention that I felt it ?:p ;-) :7 :7 :7
