Good morning!

I took a rest/lazy day yesterday. We had such blah weather, rained all day and I worked over so I didn't feel like working out.

Today is BBC Shoulders and Back and cardio, not sure what yet. I'm thinking kickboxing though.

Good Morning, Hi Jane:D ,

Today is BBC chest & abs and step.

It SNOWED overnight & everything is covered again ! I'm starting to think the normal color of grass, tree's, roads, etc.....is WHITE!!:eek: :-(

Good Morning Ladies!

LIS for me today and feeling much better actually sleeping normally I hope it continues.

Although I did get up 3 times last night - We had awful thunderstorms last night and felt my house rumbling and praying my windows wouldn't crash open - we had tornado watches so it was a rough night thankfully none touched down but still- not a nice way to get awoken from a good sleep.

I didn't get home until after midnight last night so I won't be doing a WO today. I'll set down tonight to decide what I'm doing for the month.

Vilma, I saw your thunderstorms for the sky. Lightening storms from a plane is spectacular but a little scary!

Glad you made it home safe Phyllis, we had some terrible weather up here in Ohio, thankfully not too bad in my neck of the woods.

Low Impact Step on the rotation today, but I don't have it so I subbed Marcus Irwins' Step Pro, then I did the Ab hits on the rotation.

Hi all, you know with high speed internet now it is fun to watch all the clips without having to wait soo long for it to load. LOL!!

I did PUB up only premix added in some more biceps since I peetered out on the final 8 using 20 pound dumbbells. I added in just some concentration curls. Then I did abs off of MIS to finish up my workout.
