Whew! This morning I did Cathe's Afterburn. That is one tough workout.

Hi Carmen,

Thanks for getting us going today. I think Afterburn is one of my favs from the new series.
Today was Total Body Trisets Lower Body. Too short imo, so I added Bob Harper's glute workout from Cardio Challenge. Before stretching I did 100 crunches.
The Cathe - Bob combo worked really well!
 
Hi Connie and Siobhan - I can feel my zumba session from last night...whoa!

Today its upper body and floor leg work. I have planned to do MM upper body premix and the floor work from L&G.

S- I cant wait to do the new series. I havent had an opportunity to preview any of the workouts yet....:( I second Connie's thanks for starting us off today. :D

C- great workout combo.
