Followed up my Peak 10 with Bob Harper's Pure Strength ( rotation called for STS Today Body ). Good light weight/high rep workout - I have been missing those...:(

Good morning.....I wish I was retired :(. Off to work I go this morning late! I have an evening meeting but hope to get a cardio workout in before I go to bed tonight.

Hi all, no workout yesterday since my hubby was off... today however I did another Jill Coleman called Steady State Cardio which is a kickboxing workout that was pretty good, it had intervals also. It was 42 min. long.

Feels good to workout again. I gave up the school hours of the client I had so now if I am not subbing I can workout again on a regular basis, I am happy:p:D
