Starting things off....

This morning I did Cardio Kicks - warm up and first part - drills maybe? it was about 36 minutes of sweat. That's all for today.

Thanks for starting us off today!

Today was a new one, Bob Harpers Total Body Transformation. Wow!!! Crazy hard, but I got it done. I added 100 crunches ( not much ab work in the workout, but that is my only beef). Tomorrow I am going to do his Core workout. For some reason I really like this guy, once I get past those socks...:p
 
Hi Ladies just finished Cardio Supersets....wow,what a great workout! I'm drenched. I really like that one!. Cant wait till tomorrow's workout.

Egg whites and garlic spinach for dinner....yum! I'm trying to eat well but I had two mini donut holes today at work....just two they were small ;)
