Today was Cardio Kicks, I forgot how much fun this was!! Good steady state sweaty workout with a few intervals thrown in for good measure!

Hey ladies,

Rest day for me today as I'm at the agency tonight. I am doing case notes right now on my lunch :(.

Conni - I will try Cardio Kicks soon too as I just did Circuit Max - loved it and hadn't done it in over a year - at least. I love older Cathe.
